I previewed this home for some clients who are relocating from Texas. I have been showing a lot in this price range lately, and it’s amazing the major differences in style, and honestly some of the differences in quality the higher price ranges offer. At times you feel value is achieved, and at times you feel as though listings are trying to fetch value from surrounding neighborhoods, but the home doesn’t warrant or even feel the quality of a million $$ plus home; plus, I often show this price range and you still feel like there are major, “misses” in the floor plan, finishes or something. 2720 Isabell has no, “misses”.
The home begins with an incredible sense of entry. The volume when you walk through the front door makes this substantial home feel even more massive. The builder accomplished bringing in a ton of natural light, which can be challenging at times in home this size because there’s a lot of floor space and volume to try and bring light into.
The home has unique finishes throughout, yet there’s a uniform feel and the kitchen combination and efficiency is fabulous.
The location within the niche community is ideal and despite having neighbors on both sides, it feels remote and private. You can literally, “feel” the quality of this home.
This is a brand new listing. I think anyone who has this price range in mind will jump on it. It’s a definite stand-out.
I am looking forward to it still being on the market when my clients visit Lakewood again, because I think we have a real shot at making this home theirs for years to come.
